We can’t wait to see you at SaaStr Scale 2019! Here are some important details to take note of before the event:
WHERE IS SAASTR Scale 2019 BEING HELD?
SaaStr Scale '19 will take place at TERRA GALLERY - 511 HARRISON ST, SAN FRANCISCO, CA right in the heart of SOMA.
The Terra Gallery itself is one of the top event venues in San Francisco, providing two stages and 24,000 square feet of Indoor/ Outdoor space. Please note that there is no parking on-site at Terra itself, but plenty of metered parking surrounding the venue and the 303 2nd. Street Garage or Jasper Parking lots are right next door for all-day parking.
The San Francisco Airport is a 20 minute Uber/Lyft ride away. The Oakland Airport is only slightly further at roughly 22 minutes, while the San Jose airport is roughly one hour away.
HOW TO UPDATE YOUR ATTENDEE REGISTRATION DETAILS:
Need to edit your ticket registration details? Or maybe transfer your ticket to a co-worker?
To do so, have the main ticket holder login with their email to our attendee registration portal.
Choose Edit Details > to update your name, title, company or other registration details.
Or if you need to assign a team pack or transfer a ticket, choose Transfer Registrations > then put the new email, first name, and last name of the new attendee. Then click Transfer Registration at the bottom. From there, the new registrant can login with their email to update their details or pick their sessions.

What is the ticket referral program?
The ticket referral program helps you pay for your ticket while also helping your friends that attend get discounts! Once you secure a ticket to SaaStr Scale, you’ll get a confirmation email containing your unique referral code. If you share that referral code on your Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, email, etc. and your friends purchase with your code, they’ll get a $25 discount and you’ll get $25 back! It’s that simple.
Where do I find my referral link?
Check your registration email sent after you purchased your ticket. At the lower half of the email, you’ll see a link to share on your social platforms. That link has your promo code inside. If you share the link, the promo code will automatically be applied for anyone that clicks the link.
If you still can’t find your referral link, use our intercom chat in the bottom right to get in touch.
How much can I earn back?
You can earn all the way up to the amount you paid for your ticket. So you’ll be going to SaaStr Scale for free if you refer enough friends to the event!!

NETWORK WITH FELLOW ATTENDEES!
Use the Community in our SaaStr Events mobile app to message with fellow attendees.
To get started:
Download our mobile app (steps above) and login with the email you used to register for your ticket.
Head over to the Community tab or choose “Visit the Community” from the home screen.
Our Community is opt-in only and not required for attendees if you’d rather keep your profile private. To join, simply hit “Join” your first time logging in.
Once you join, you’ll be able to network with other attendees and find a new SaaS BFF. To reach out to a new friend, simply click on their profile and choose the pencil button in the right hand corner to start a new thread with them.
